Yababa Hot Sauce - Backyard Farms

For: The followers of Tabasco & Srircha style sauces.

Named after the local 'nick name' for the slim red chillies our ladies grow. This HOT sauce is made using our unique chilli paste (smoked, dried & fresh chillies blitzed in rooibos tea) with the addition of roasted aromatics - onions and garlic. We roast these guys for a greater depth of flavour, maximising their natural sweetness and creating a smoother flavour.

Hot scale: HOT! (maybe not too hot for a seasoned chilli connoisseur)

Ingredients: BYF chilli paste (Rooibos tea, fresh, dried & smoked chilli, salt), roasted onion, sugar, roasted garlic, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika

"Backyard Farm's is a social enterprise created to uplift women via micro farming.  We help & grow new agri-preneurs, we buy all their crops and use their produce in our sauces and give them a route-to market for their harvests. When needed, we supply our partners with seedlings, potting soil and compost, fertilizer, watering cans and ongoing training and support. We are passionate about uplifting women from low income communities and to watch them grow!"
