Refund Policy

Please be aware that due to the perishable nature of our goods we are unable to accept order cancellations after 1pm on a Saturday.

If you are unsatisfied with any of our products please do let us know within 24 hours and we will be happy to credit your Wild Account with the value of that item.  Unfortunately Wild Organics can not take responsibility for quality issues on fresh produce that is left overnight at collection points and only colllected the day after delivery.
