The Pizza Margherita:
Our dough is made with specialist Caputo pizza flour and allowed to proof for at least 24 hours. This adds flavour and creates a light and airy crust, also making it easier to digest. Each pizza is stretched by hand, topped with crushed Italian tomatoes and freshly made local fior di latte mozzarella. The pizzas are then baked in our super hot wood burning oven for about 90 seconds, which helps create a light and airy crust, speckled with lightly charred bubbles.
Handy Hints:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees
Place pizza directly on oven rack in the middle of the bottom half of oven
Heat for 6-10mins or until chesse starts to bubble.

Storage: Refrigerate and enjoy within 7days or freeze and use within 2 months
