Lentil, Miso and Mushroom Bolognese

Over 2.5kg of mushrooms goes into
each small batch of bolognese, the addition of umami rich organic miso ensures a bolognese that
is full of flavour and super healthy too.

Serving Suggestion: Stirred through pasta, serve on top of some roasted sweet
potatoes, loaded (cold) on top of toast with a drizzle of olive oil or serve with some sautéed greens
with chilli & garlic. You can also fill some cannelloni pasta and bake or prepare a lasagne using our
bolognese.
