Wholegrain flour contains the whole wheat kernel with all the bran, wheatgerm and endosperm. The 2024 blend consists of about 60% kalahari white wheat, 39% hard red wheat and 1% rye.

Storage instructions: Store in a cool, dry place in airtight container. Freezing extends shelf life.
