Conventional Produce

Due to the difficulties experienced with organic farming, not all fruits and vegetables are available at all times. If we can't get an organic product then we might have a conventionaly farmed alternative available that still meets a high level of sustainability. Products that fit this catogory would be hyroponically grown or farmed using minimal artificial inputs. These products are not strictly organically farmed and are scourced from smaller producers who rely on local farmers markets or larger farms that have Global GAP certification.
